The main living area is located on the second floor with an open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. From here you can access one of the three balconies where you can enjoy the breeze and take in the canal views. COMPLEX AMENITIES \-Outdoor pool THINGS TO KNOW Items in the garage are not for guest use. Streaming is available using your accounts. TEAP (Trespass Enforcement Authorization Program) signs have been installed throughout this community. This provides the Broad Marsh community and Marina extended police protection by authorizing the police department to enforce, at their discretion, trespassing laws, and to enter or remain upon the premises. The discharge of all fireworks/pyrotechnics, including ground based sparklers sold/allowed in neighboring states/counties is prohibited in the Town of Ocean City. Only small handheld sparklers are permitted to be used with competent, adult supervision. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Jul 18, 2024 Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Communication #### Nice stay but disappointed with Vacasa Location and size of the property were both amazing. Beach access was only a quick 5 minute walk away and the location was walkable to a handful of restaurants and shops. For a group of 8 people, we never felt like we were ontop of one another. We really enjoyed the layout of the home and the 3 separate balconies. The disappointing parts of our stay stemmed from the cleaning when we arrived, as well as communication with the property management company to address an Air Conditioning issue. Upon our arrival; an inspector with Vacasa was leaving the home. Despite the “inspection”, there was sand in the shower, half eaten chips and bags of bread and rolls from the last stay. There were also other perishable food items left behind throughout the cupboards that were not disposed of. When we arrived, the house was 76 degrees. We were unable to get the house cooled down and unfortunately had to sleep overnight in a hot house, due to the lack of communication from Vacasa (Property management company). We called numerous times and left messages on VRBO; and did not hear back until the following day (16 hours later). Throughout our stay, the AC kept going back up to 76 and we were told my Vacasa that when the house is unoccupied that it will go back up to 76, but the AC was cycling off while we were there and in the middle of the night. Lastly, for the amount of money we paid; you would think they would put the sheets on the beds, rather than leave their guests to do it. ##### Michael R. We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It felt like a beach house and it was perfect for us. 4BR and 3 full baths were great for our group. Everyone had space and no one was tripping over each other. We cooked nearly every night for our kids and their friends. The house was just comfortable and the location was convenient to everything. There are a lot of steps to get to the main level and to the second level. The steps didn't cause us any issues or concerns, but if you have anyone in your group that might have difficulty with steps, you'll want them on the ground level. Listing looked almost too good to be true, but it definitely delivered. Positives: 1) House is in a great location. Low traffic area, but close enough to walk to dinner, shops, beach and a water sports rental place. 2) House felt very clean and linens, soaps, etc were provided. 3) House is big with 3 balconies, two of which have very nice views of the inlet and the bay. 4) Rita, the owner was very responsive and very nice! The garbage disposal decided to stop working on us and she had a plumber there within an hour! 5) Pool is about 50 feet away and was on the small side but was clean and well maintained. 6) My wife wishes we could buy the place! Negative: 1) There are a lot of stairs, which my parents didn’t love. Hard to have a nice views though without going up some stairs!
