This was a girls weekend at the beach in February. The condo was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Love the three bedrooms on the 22nd floor. The view was amazing. The only downside was that we were not informed that there was a USA ice hockey tournament for 8-10 year olds the entire weekend of our stay. we got a phone call a couple of months before our stay that the ice skating Rink would not be available but they did not say why. The communication from the condominium is always great, but maybe next time they could mention if there is a large event happening so we can plan accordingly.
