Things to Know Streaming is available using your own account. There is a $75 per week, cash or credit card non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri, which includes one parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week per space. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 20. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. First, they did NOT communicate that you have to go to another spot to get the key. We showed up at the address they gave us, the rental, and then we had to go elsewhere to get the key. Communication bad. The place was clean, outdated but nice. We had everything we needed for the two night stay. The bed was hard and the bathtub in the master bedroom needs a good cleaning.
