The location was great, boardwalk accessible, and wonderful views of the ocean. Loved the private patio on the second floor - far enough from the throng for privacy but could "people watch". We had almost no complaints about this property - 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 4 twins) and 2 full baths. The check in procedure was easy, but i knocked off a star because the codes to get in the building and front door could have been communicated via phone call or email instead of needing to drive a few blocks to the office. Communication with the rental staff was very good, they called me a lot to make sure i had the right information. The only real complaint we had was that it is a bit of a pain to have to bring all the linens, paper products, etc. I knew this ahead of time and we were perfectly prepared, but it just takes up a lot of space in the car. The decor was on the dated side, but all the appliances worked perfectly. Plenty of space in the common area for all 5 of us. Note that there is no elevator and you need to carry your bags etc up about 3 sets of stairs.
