It features two master bedrooms (queen sized beds) with ensuite full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, free in-unit laundry, smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, and a spacious living room with a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed. Enjoy yourself on the oversized outdoor patio with amazing water views and take advantage of the outdoor pool just steps away. My condo is the perfect vacation destination, only a 10-minute walk to the beach, a 23-minute walk to Northside Park, and a 7-minute walk to restaurants, shopping, and the grocery store. There is free onsite parking for 2 cars (The HOA does not allow trailer parking). There is contactless entry for this unit; guests will be provided a unique access code. For guest safety, I do not re-use codes. Bedroom 1: \- Queen bed \- Ensuite full bathroom \- Dresser, Armoire \- Smart TV Bedroom 2: \- Queen bed \- Ensuite full bathroom (bathroom also accessible by living room) \- Dresser \- Smart TV Living room has a queen pull out sofa. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent No parties permitted. Linens and shower towels provided, but beach/pool towels are NOT provided. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided. Iron, ironing board provided Starter pack of laundry pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and paper towels provided. I was looking for a last minute off-season getaway in Ocean City and this new unit popped up that hadn't been reviewed yet. I'm so glad I took a chance on it! It's a charming and spacious condo in a terrific neighborhood, just around the corner from my favorite hangouts on Fenwick Island. The beach is a short walk, and the immediate area has everything you need whether you're by yourself or with a family. The unit was clean, has tons of natural light with all the blinds open, and a terrific huge deck overlooking the water. Jacquelyn couldn't have been a better host. She had the unit ready to go with a lot of nice extras that made my late night arrival stress-free. I can't wait to go back in the summer. ##### Edward P.
