Unit is located close to everything you need for a nice beach getaway. Just beyond the hustle and bustle, this location can not be beat. This unit is located on the side of the building. There is assigned parking spot D4, but it is hard to get into sometimes that's why we don't advertise it. Street parking is free. The Space: Cute little place for a nice getaway. Guest Access: Door Code will be provided 1 hour before check-in on the day of check-in and active at 4PM on the day of arrival. The Neighborhood: Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk Getting Around: Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Public transportation available. Other Things to Note: There must be at least one member of your party that is age 21 or older. Rental Agreement \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Guest acknowledges and understands that each and every guest or guardian is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury or loss sustained to any person while in residence and neither the Agent nor the owner accepts legal or financial responsibility. Guests and guardians, assume all risk of injury or other loss resulting from a recreational activity and will hold the Agent and Owner harmless with respect hereto.
