For larger groups of 7 or 8, a separate studio with 1 bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom and kitchenette can accommodate 2 more guests charged at $40 per person, per night. The Studio is an optional extra for groups of 3-6 for an extra $80 per night. Please message us to book the Studio for your smaller group. FIREWOOD NOTICE: Due to a State-wide firewood shortage, firewood will not be supplied during the warmer months November to April. The property is equipped with a reverse-cycle air conditioner ensuring you stay comfortable year-round. During the colder months (May–October), we do our best to provide enough firewood for two nights. You’re also welcome to bring your own dirt and bark free firewood or purchase firewood locally from hardware stores or petrol stations in Denmark. This approach helps protect local forests and complies with Western Australia’s biosecurity rules. PETS: Ocean Beach House is fully fenced & well-behaved dogs are welcome. Booking this property is automatic acceptance of the following Pet Policy. PET POLICY: Pet Fee of $80 per stay. Maximum 2 dogs (not cats or puppies). • Fully house-trained dogs only inside the property. • No dogs on beds or furniture at any time. • Noise must be kept to a minimum—excessive barking/howling is not permitted. • Pets must not be left unsupervised inside at any time. • Guests must bring their own pet bedding & food bowls. • All pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of in a sanitary manner. House was well provisioned with necessities, and beds were very comfortable. The only real issue was the location next to the main road (it's right on the corner). Although I could see that on the map when I booked, I didn't realise the road would be so busy (especially late at night and early in the morning). Due to the weatherboard construction the sound really carried, especially to the main bedroom in the middle floor. If you're not a light sleeper it would be fine; if you are, either stay in the Master on the top floor or in the self-contained unit on the ground floor. ##### Cheryle T. We (2 families - 4 adults, 4 children, 1 dog) thoroughly enjoyed a stormy winter's holiday at Ocean Beach house. Would highly recommend it! Great location - close to ocean beach and short drive to Denmark town, Ocean Beach, Monkey Rock and Greens Pool. Great vineyards within 15 min drive. Nice warm fire in open living space and lots of wood for cold stormy nights. Kids had a ball and plenty of space for them to run around outside. Beds were comfy and there were lots of towels for us to use which was wonderful. Great BBQ. Host was fantastic - very responsive to any queries we had and arranged a tradesman to fix a broken light straight away.
