The Mayrhofer is a 3-room house that spans 50 square meters, offering simple and practical furnishings. It consists of 2 rooms, each equipped with a double bed, and a kitchen/living area. The kitchen/living room features a tiled stove, a separate bathroom with a WC and shower, as well as a TV. The property boasts a large terrace spanning 40 square meters, adorned with terrace furniture and 3 deck chairs.  
  
Amenities Included  
The Mayrhofer vacation property includes a fireplace, heat, and a television. It can accommodate a maximum capacity of 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking, and a smoke alarm is in place.  
  
Other Information  
One of the standout features of the Mayrhofer is its marvelous view of the surrounding mountains, which you can enjoy from the spacious terrace.
