Es befindet sich in Tiefenbach, einem besonders schönen und ruhigen Ortsteil von Oberstdorf. Zu Fuß kommt ihr zu einer tollen Panoramabank, in die Breitachklamm oder in tolle Restaurants. In nur 10 Minuten fahrt ihr mit dem Auto ins Zentrum. Ein paar Minuten länger und ihr seid in allen angrenzenden Ski- und Wandergebieten. Im Apartment habt ihr Bergblick aufs Rubihorn und den Entschenkopf. Beide Gipfel leuchten im >Alpenglühen< und bieten sich für leichte und mittelschwere Touren an.
