If you are looking for peace and quiet and seclusion then this apartment in the Sterkrade district is the right choice for you. It is in the attic of a two-family terraced house, on a road with no traffic and therefore very quiet. The living space of around 64m² comprises two bedrooms, a living room/bedroom, a kitchen, a loggia and a bathroom. The living room is very large and has modern furnishing. There is plenty of space on the modern sofa, which can be converted into a bed. The living room includes a dining space for at least six people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and many other utensils. The daylight bathroom has a bath with a shower screen. There are two bedrooms, one with a large double bed (180 x 200cm, separate slatted frames and mattresses) and a wardrobe, the other with two single beds (100 x 200cm).
