This unit has a modern bathroom and kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a quartz stone countertop, a dishwasher, a hardwood floor, a washer, and a dryer inside the unit. Highlights: This two-bedroom, max 4-person apartment with hardwood floors has a quartz stone countertop, stainless steel appliances, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, washer and dryer (detergent provided), coffee maker (coffee, tea, extras), and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking enjoyment. The Living room/dining room has a small couch, dining table with chairs, TV, and other amenities. The contemporary bathroom has stylish tiles, a comfortable shower, high-quality towels, and extras, including a hair dryer. The two-bedroom unit includes a queen-sized bed in each room, which can sleep up to a maximum of 4 people. Both beds have comfortable, high-quality mattresses and comfortable bedding. Free Netflix and Amazon Prime music and movies. The TV also has an HDTV antenna that can reach many local stations, including ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, PBS, and Telemundo. One parking space is free, and an extra space is available for a small fee in a gated, secure parking lot just a few steps from your door. Upon registration, you will be provided with a door code. First, Cindy made a system I could follow without help…other than my daughters. We felt secured behind a gate. But the gem of this property is the neighborhood and Fruitvale Bart station. We experienced all sorts of new experiences in one trip to San Fransisco. If you’re reading this. Look for the F Train (trolly) to the pier. Or enjoy a 2 mile walk with your loved ones to the pier.
