#### Place was clean

While the place was clean, and we enjoyed our stay there are 2 issues that can pose a problem. 1 the parking can be hard to get. And if you come when it's dark the first day locating the house can be challenging. 2 the bed is on a raise floor about 18inch up. There is a step stool to use but older people should beware as this could be a problem. The bed is very comfortable and sleep well. The washing machine did not work while we were there. Would stay again for short visits.

#### Cozy retreat

This was the perfect place for my daughter, forced home from college because of Covid19, to hunker down and focus on her final projects for school. The cottage was clean and very well appointed, it is easy to see Patricia wants her guests to feel very comfortable. The location is safe and convenient to many stores and restaurants, just an easy walk away. Patricia was lovely to work with and I would highly recommend this property to both visitors and locals alike. #### Comfy Cottage, Great Location

I enjoyed the cottage very much. It’s new and Patricia obviously chose high quality materials: from the bed to the heated porcelain floors to the beautiful electric fireplace. There is even a private little garden patio to hang out in and enjoy the abundant sunshine! There are also many great restaurants a five minute walk away on Solano Ave. Patricia was easy to reach and very pleasant to communicate with. Highly recommended!!

#### Really nice place

I loved the cozy feeling especially the bed. It was warm and comfortable and nicely decorated and appointed . A great value and highly recommended!
