This well renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath house is the perfect setting for a relaxing mountain getaway. Listen to the sound of water rushing by as you settle into the serenity of the great outdoors. We provide starter coffee and tea for your stay Pet Rules: \*Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time \*Pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking. \* Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest and will be charged from the pet deposit. \*Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture. \*Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as rules are followed and damages are not found. \*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times \*Pet deposit is forfeit if any pet rules are not followed \*There may be snow in the Winter. You must be prepared with chains and may need to walk to the home from the parking area. \*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time. Our home is conveniently located close to the charming town of Oakhurst, offering easy access to local markets for groceries and supplies, as well as a variety of restaurants to satisfy your culinary desires. Explore the area and discover the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed. The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees. Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June. Pack-n-play must be requested in advance. PLEASE NOTE: We have service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time. When we returned home one evening, we were met with a very strong odor upstairs. After some investigation, we discovered a dead rat under the couch, which seemed to have been there for a while. We had to clean it ourselves, which was not only unsettling but made it difficult to feel comfortable staying in the space afterward.In addition, the sink wasn’t draining properly, and the AC on the second floor wasn’t working, making the stay even more uncomfortable—especially in the heat.While communication was polite, the overall experience left a lot to be desired, and I hope these issues are addressed for future guests. ##### Cesar L. We spend a night the host were very nice and accessible to communicate. The river on the bottom of the house is a bonus if you are looking for a place to relax this is it..
