Here you are steps away from the beach and the surf as the ocean is literally your backyard. Enjoy either the open or covered screened in deck and listen to the waves and the birds or walk down the steps to the convenient beach access to dip your toes in the water. This 3 bedroom home sleeps 5 and comes equipped with a King in the primary room and an attached bathroom with walk in shower, a Queen in the 1st Guest room and a twin in the 2nd guest room both with easy access to a guest bathroom with walk in shower. The Primary bedroom has a Smart TV and the 1st guest room has a Roku TV/DVR. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, electric oven/range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Blender, Toaster, Keurig coffee maker, ample dishware, glasses and mugs, cooking and eating utensils, pots and pans, Whirley popcorn popper, basic cooking spices and other food prep items. There is a Smart TV in the Living Room with plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. There is a Washer and Dryer conveniently located in the 3rd bedroom. You will find a Propane grill outside to cook your catch of the day and there is an outdoor shower to rinse off when coming back from the beach. This classic beach home is the perfect place for your family getaway and experience the beach life like never before! Sleeping Accommodations: Primary Bedroom - King Bed Guest Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Guest Bedroom 2 - Twin Bed Please note: Linens are included with your reservation and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, small shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water. This home has on site beach front parking but be advised that for other parking locations on the Oak Island, there is now paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a pet. Limit of 2 dogs - The 2 dogs must not exceed a combined weight of 60lbs. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet remediation fee will be charged.
