The house was clean and the renovation was exactly as the pictures showed. I loved the location since I was looking for a quiet weekend away but if you are interested in being closer into town and where the restaurants are then this may be a little too far for you. House is light, bright and cheerful. FYI to potential renters…sand rinse off hose on deck is connected to hot water…scalding hot if on for more than 10 seconds, W/D located below house in outdoor closet with sand floor. The master bedroom had major floor unleveling with a section of the floor that was tented with planks coming loose across the entire room. We made owners aware of the issue and they said they had plans to fix following our departure. I would make sure this is addressed as we tripped every time we walked through the room. Lovely section of the beach, easiest access ever and would definitely rent again if floor issues were fixed. No toiletries or K cups are provided so bring your own! ##### Melanie C.
