There is a wonderful carport to keep your beach items and car under. Outdoor shower and hoses were a big plus. Small Ocean view from the front porch and you can hear it as well. Short walk to the beach and the access does not have steps. Plenty of kitchen items to use for cooking. Just bring your own foil, spray, spices, etc. Only downside was the living room being too warm to actually sit in at night. We pulled all the blinds closed but it was still very warm. We spent countless hours on the front porch, which quickly became our favorite spot. Even with the hot weather, the porch stayed surprisingly comfortable.
