Dory is a brand new construction that will leave you breathless by its beauty and luxury as soon as you walk in the door! The pale blue and white décor in the open concept kitchen, living and dining area complimented by large windows on all sides make you feel as though you are literally floating in the ocean that lies beyond. The interior colors blend so well with the ocean and sky that you feel you are part of the scenery without even being outside! The photos say it all! There is luxury throughout this heavenly home from the bedrooms to the bathrooms and plenty of gathering spaces for everyone with the second family room that offers a wet bar area and large TV entertainment center. The kids can have little get away area with their own snacks, while the adults enjoy the main area, both areas with incredible ocean views. Awesome location and great house

We overall loved the property and our stay. That being said, the management company could do better making it feel more like a luxury stay. Absolutely zero toiletries/provisions provided (no hand soap or any toiletries in any of the bathrooms). and linens are threadbare and very cheap. Upon arrival to the house, the linens are wrapped in plastic and you are expected to make your own beds. While the location and layout of the house is perfect, beware that you will need to purchase/bring ALL supplies for your stay and make all beds.

Beautiful home, great location. There are no bathtubs ( could have of used it for 1 year old). But other than that no complaints. Loved having an elevator.

Nice property, elevator was a big plus, no direct beach access but great views. Good spot on ocean isle near restaurants and grocery store. Nice newer home. All good.

Great Location- does not provide private beach access

Great location and accommodations. There is a main living room and bonus room on the second floor. Great views of the beach, but does not have private access and requires you to walk down to use the main public access. That is not clear in the photos so wanted to call that out. I would suggest brining your own bedding as they do not make the beds but instead provide very low thread count sheets shrink wrapped for you to make the bed with. Would stay again.

Beachfront!

The house is a great location - right on the beach with a great view. Very easy to spend the whole day sitting in the rocking chairs on the second floor and watch the ocean...and run down for a dip every now and then. The Publix grocery store is literally two blocks away, and very convenient. The restaurant scene in Oak Island is decent. The house is big, with plenty of room, and very comfy. For the price, little things could have been better - like when we arrived and the floors were not clean, past guests' clothes were still in the drawers, and things like the beds aren't made (all the linen is wrapped in plastic from the cleaners presumably, and you have to do it yourself). Again, small things, but you can't beat the location if you want to stay on the beach!
