The house had the bare minimums- one skillet. Minimal cooking utensils, no blender, only salt and pepper in the cabinet no other spices. I’d advise bringing a second skillet for cooking and a decent cutting knife. Very close to beach entrance so that was a plus. We loved the layout of the house and it was very clean and did not smell like an old beach house. Loved the porch and chairs for chilling with a cup of coffee. in the early morning and and adult beverage in the evening watching the sun set.
