The lower unit is new with beautifully appointed decor, high end appliances, and new furniture! After a fun-filled day, relax on the deck to watch the sunset or venture to nearby restaurants and wind down in the neighborhood. This home is located less than 2 blocks from Middleton park - an easy walk to enjoy a playground, splash pad, basketball courts, tennis courts, baseball fields, picnic shelters, and family friendly activities/events. Enjoy this unique opportunity to vacation with others in your group while still having your own separate living quarters. The upstairs unit (Jenny's Dream North) can can occupy up to 6 guests (+2 on sofa bed = 8) and the downstairs unit (Jenny's Dream South) can occupy up to 5 guests. Both units have separate fully equipped kitchens, living area, and bathrooms. The upstairs unit comes updated with all of the modern amenities and invites you to unwind into vacation mode as you look out at the beach from the balcony or sunroom. The living room offers plenty of comfy seating around the TV for you and your guests to watch your favorite team or movie. There is additional seating with a sofa and armchair that creates a welcoming gathering space. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy as you gather in the breakfast nook or the dining area.
