The house was clean and access was easy. The house is newer and well furnished, on a quiet street less than 2 blocks from the beach access. Everything was as described in the listing. We did have an issue with the air conditioning but the property management company sent someone out right away. If we were to visit again we would bring our own linens, those provided by the linen service are poor quality. Also, a broom or blower to keep the pool deck clear would be helpful.
