Find an inviting front yard with a large firepit, a comfortable covered front porch with rocking chairs, and a screened porch leading to an outdoor deck. Upon entering this darling home away from home, you will encounter an open floor plan. Spread out comfortably in the sunny living area and unwind after a thrilling day at the beach or exploring the neighborhood. The eat-in kitchen offers a huge pantry with built-ins, an entrance to the rear porch, and all the appliances needed to prepare tasty homemade meals. There is a new electric cooktop and an electric tankless water heater as well.
