Kitchen is fully equipped with mostly new small appliances, dishwasher, Keurig coffee pot, as well as a regular Mr. Coffee, new stack washer/dryer and refrigerator/freezer with ice/water on the door. Majority of furniture is new. Bean bag chair and several games for the children with desk/chair in the bedroom to play them on. 2 assigned, covered parking spaces with easy access to elevator. Ideal location for a family vacation with beach access, will sleep up to 10 with an added sofa bed. Seasonal pool access, restaurants, shopping, and grocery store all within easy walking distance. WIFI, central heat & air, ceiling fans, Cable TV - Smart TV's, New Polywood deck furniture. Linens not included, please call or order online while booking your reservation. No Pets.
