It’s 2 minutes to the beach and super convenient. The beach does not get too crowded and was perfect for the kids. The house has everything you need and was very clean. I believe the square footage is listed in the posting. We estimated it’s about the size of a 2 car garage. But it was perfect for just my husband and myself.
