You can see the Ocean Crest Pier from here, which means you're within walking distance to fishing adventures, The Seahorse Eats & Drinks bar and grill, and fine dining at the upscale-casual Island Way oceanfront restaurant! The first thing you'll notice when you walk in is that no expense was spared when this oceanfront home on Oak Island was remodeled! You're immediately welcomed into a coastal paradise with a light and bright open floor plan and multiple windows showcasing the outstanding views. We're absolutely obsessed with the modern coastal decor — especially the loggerhead sea turtle artwork! The living area has a huge leather sectional and cozy lounge chair for snuggling up around the electric fireplace and watching your favorite show or movies on the large flatscreen TV. Preparing snacks and cooking meals is a dream in the kitchen with its stainless steel appliances, professional-grade cookware, and built-in spice rack! Plus, there's a dedicated coffee bar with a Keurig and a drip coffee maker for the caffeine fanatics in your group. The house is well stocked, has plenty of living space, and the master bedroom will make you jealous that you don’t have a shower that big. I have only 3 suggestions: Put a curtain on the kitchen window for the sunlight in the morning. Adjust the deck gate hinges and use a thumb latch instead. It'll make it much easier for everyone. Get rid of the sliding door in the master bath and put a regular door somehow. We would stay here again for sure. ##### Brent H.
