This property was literally across the street from the beach, we were shocked how close it was. Other reviewers complained about the house being “dirty” and “sand on the ground.” We noticed sand on the floor, but not anything that wouldn’t be expected at a beach house! The only issue we had was that the elevator was finicky, but it was fantastic to have to bring the luggage and food up. A bit of advice if you’re staying here..soaps, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc are not included. We stopped at the store on the way in and bought stuff. When we got to the house we found so much of that stuff already there. There was A LOT..I would stop at the house first and see what you need, if anything. ##### Michael S.
