Cons: This place needs a deep clean. Our feet were black after walking around. I didn't contact the PM about it because we had young kids and didn't want to be kicked out of the house for the hours needed to deep clean the place. Also, communication with the PM was lacking. The pool was dirty and low. I contacted the PM, but the response time was very slow and no one came out to clean the pool until the afternoon of our last day. At that time, we were informed they needed to shock the pool and repair a leak. We paid extra to have a pool so this was very disappointing. ##### Jessica H. This was my first time with BBR and I must say the house was immaculately clean upon arrival. The house is about 4-5 houses down from beach access and the pool gets sun on it until about 4pm which is super nice. The balconies are great for morning coffees! I truly believe if this house purchased new couches and living room rug it would take this property up a notch. Overall I would 100% book this property again! ##### Danielle R.
