Enjoy the breathtaking and sweeping views of the Big Davis Canal and marsh life while floating in your elevated swimming pool built right into the deck! There is a large deep-water dock for the boating enthusiast or fishing and crabbing on the Big Davis Canal. Sink and fish cleaning station is available on the dock. Tie your boat off at the private dock after a day on the water. BOAT LIFT IS NOT FOR GUEST USE. Attention has been paid to every detail of this home. It has many upgrades and renovations from top to bottom including bamboo hardwood flooring, granite counter tops, elevated swimming pool, and master bath Jacuzzi that make it the perfect home for you and your family to enjoy here at Oak Island. The elevator allows for access and ease of moving from floor to floor. There is a sunroom with comfortable seating overlooking the waterway. It is next to the kitchen and dining for easy flow of conversation and time together. Kids will love the downstairs bonus game room with a double sleeper sofa. Gameroom is equipped with a 65” smart TV, foosball table, a classic game table for chess & backgammon, and an Xbox gaming system with games included. And bring your quarters! This game room also includes a Multicade throwback arcade game with all the classic games such as Galaga, Mrs Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Dig Dug and many more for only a quarter per play. This home is only a few houses away from the Inter-coastal Waterway for easy access to and from your Marine life destinations, restaurants and fishing. Enjoy the beautiful sunset view from the 2nd or 3rd floor deck. The island has boat launches, a golf course, restaurants, put-put golf, kayak and golf cart rentals, picnic areas, trails, skateboard park, splash pad park, shopping and plenty of access to the beach front for building sand castles and relaxing in the sun. Loved the dock and the pool. We rented a golf cart which is an absolute must if you plan to spend time on the beach due to distance away from it and to keep sand out of your car. Other than being a ways from the beach, the location itself on the canal and the neighborhood was peaceful and serene, exactly what I need for a vacation. Comfortable and for the most part clean. This home has a lot of stairs. We did not use the elevator or the bottom floor. The home is well appointed and has things for all ages. I would stay here again. ##### Jamie T.
