Well stocked with kitchen items, clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Beautiful view of the ocean. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Our only disappointment was that they were dredging sand for beach improvement. Very loud and we could not use the path from the house to access the beach because it was blocked off. Had to drive down the street to a public access.However, this had nothing to do with host, it was all the town of Oak Island.We recommend this house and will rent again. ##### Cynthia H. House was clean other than one very large cockroach looking bug that made a visit. Great location! Loved taking my dog! Dunes block some of the oceanfront view unless you’re sitting in the tall chairs but loved sitting on the deck listening to waves & enjoying the views. Very short & easy walk to the beach was a plus! Beds weren’t the most comfortable but not the worst. Some guys were randomly scheduled to stop by & change a filter but I was not notified prior.
