Nestled amidst the oak trees and the soothing sounds of the Atlantic Ocean, this cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation for your beach getaway. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living space adorned with coastal decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Sink into the plush sofas in the living room, perfect for cozy evenings spent with loved ones or unwinding after a day of exploring the island. The fully equipped kitchen beckons to the culinary enthusiast, featuring updated appliances and ample counter space for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, where you can gather for memorable family dinners or casual brunches with friends. The Lively Oak offers three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. Drift off to sleep in the comfort of plush bedding after a day of fun in the sun. Step outside to discover your own private backyard with a fire pit. Sip your morning coffee on the patio as you bask in the warm sunshine or fire up the grill for a barbecue with friends under the stars. Just a short stroll away, you'll find yourself on the pristine shores of Oak Island Beach, where sun-drenched days and endless adventures await. Spend your days lounging on the sandy shores, building sandcastles with the little ones, or diving into the crystal-clear waters for a refreshing swim. This home also welcomes up to two dogs. All pet-friendly homes include a $175 fee that covers bringing up to one dog. An additional $50 fee applies if you are bringing a second dog. Please note that dogs are the only pets permitted. With its unbeatable location near a dog park across the street and the beach only a short walk away, The Lively Oak is the perfect destination for your Oak Island getaway. BEACH CREDIT Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights, April through October, come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more! The choice is yours. WHAT IS INCLUDED? Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels and mats, hand towels, and wash cloths. MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
