The fully equipped kitchen beckons to the culinary enthusiast, featuring updated appliances and ample counter space for preparing delicious meals. The Lively Oak offers three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. Drift off to sleep in the comfort of plush bedding after a day of fun in the sun. All pet-friendly homes include a $175 fee that covers bringing up to one dog. An additional $50 fee applies if you are bringing a second dog. Please note that dogs are the only pets permitted. Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels and mats, hand towels, and wash cloths. MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
