It definitely requires a golf cart or car to get to the beach and beach parking is difficult. There are no ceiling fans and very much needed for hot humid days. Kitchen is lacking...only 3 steak knives, no spices, no wine glasses, no spray for ants that were in the love seat, towel bar in the bathroom was broken, no furniture in the bedrooms except the bed.
