Step outside your door, and you might be greeted by gentle manatees or playful dolphins swimming right in the canal. Bring your boat and set off on an unforgettable adventure exploring the stunning Intercoastal Waterway. Riverbreeze Park is just minutes away, offering a spacious public boat ramp to launch your vessel. Once you're on the water, cruise right up to our dock and tie off for easy access throughout your stay.  
  
End your day the Florida way—dining by the waterfront while listening to live music after a beautiful day of fishing, swimming, or boating. This is the coastal lifestyle at its finest.  
  
While this home does not offer Wi-Fi, it's the perfect opportunity to disconnect from the digital world and immerse yourself in relaxation, nature, and quality time with loved ones. Embrace the calm, unwind, and let the peaceful surroundings recharge your spirit. For your entertainment, we do provide TVs with antenna TV access so you can still catch your favorite shows or stay updated with the news.  
  
We provide all linens and towels for your convenience, along with a full-size washer and dryer to keep you feeling fresh throughout your stay.  
  
Our location is ideal for exploring: just 15 minutes from New Smyrna Beach, 35 minutes from Daytona Beach, and about an hour from Disney World and other popular Orlando theme parks.

#### Perfect quiet getaway 

The house is very nice! Its right on the canal. Its nice to go out in the mornings and watch for dolphins and manatees. Close to New Smyrna beach. If we come back to Florida, we will definitely stay here again.
