As an added bonus, the house is only 1/4 mile walk to Swan Lake Preserve & Sunset Beach, 10 mins drive to Oak Harbor where you can enjoy all the city conveniences (Safeway, Walmart, Home Depot) and great restaurants! This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with all bedrooms on the main level, sprawled across 1,800 sqft. Home is equipped with two king beds and 1 queen bed with comfortable mattress and linens, lots of common space with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings & an abundance of natural light.
