My family truly enjoyed our week there, finding it a much-needed escape. However, we encountered a few issues upon arrival. The auto-lock didn't work with the provided code, so we immediately contacted Vacasa. They suggested alternative codes, but none worked. Eventually, we were told to use the manual spare key from the lockbox by the entrance. This made us quite nervous, as we worried about losing the key. A service person showed up the day before our check-out, but by that point, we just wanted to be left alone regarding the key situation. Another frustrating experience was with Vacasa's customer service. We could not find the tennis courts, which was one of the reasons we booked this Enchanting home with tennis, firepit.... Despite our efforts to get information, customer service could only respond politely without providing any guidance. Despite these setbacks, we still had a lovely time, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the house for reading and relaxation. ##### Jung-Yi Y.
