Leider schlechte Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten, da keine Nachttischlampen vorhanden und nur „Flutlicht“ möglich. Wer asiatisches Frühstück mag, kommt sehr gut zurecht. Then the next day when I checked out the hotel, staff asked me for the bus ticket and said they would call the driver for me. They just remembered I have asked about it the previous day and offered help themselves. They are just so helpful and attentive to details. It smelt musty and dank, even though it had an air conditioner. The wall to wall carpet is cleaned without a vacuum cleaner, which is hard to believe because so much sand is tracked in from the surrounding desert. The Pool is wonderful: cool and large and clean. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and varied. However, the rental of bicycles and e-bikes from the hotel is a total disaster. The lack of their maintenance cost us an entire morning of frustration as first the bike got a flat tire after an hour of riding amongst the temples, then they sent us off on an e-bike that had no charge. Needless to say, we waited an hour for the preparation of each rental and again at least and hour after each breakdown to be picked up and brought back to the hotel. NOT GOOD! We ended finding rentals in town. ANd to top it off, we were charged for the bike rental, instead of being compensated. The staff seem overwhelmed.
