In S'acqua Callenti De Basciu, the villa "Rossu" offers you an excellent view of the mountains. Located in a quiet area, the 120 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available on request.  
  
  
  
The private outdoor area includes a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property is close to the centre of Nuxis, public transport connections and all essential services. Porto Botte can be reached in 20 minutes by car, while Porto Pino is about 30 km away. You should also not miss the Pantaleo forest and the Geo Speleo archaeological site.

Das Haus ist wirklich toll eingerichtet, super sauber und mit schönem Garten. Es fehlt an nichts, alle Zimmer klimatisiert, wunderschöne Veranda. Abseits der Massentouristen und in schöner und ruhiger Lage. Leider hatten wir über eine Woche kein warmes Wasser - die Vermieterin war jedoch steht’s bemüht das Problem zu lösen. Störend waren die Hunde in der Umgebung, welche bis tief in die Nacht gebellt und gejault haben. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt und können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.

#### Schönes Haus auf dem Lande

Das Haus war frisch renoviert. Groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet und bei über 35°C Außentemperatur dank 4 Klimaanlagen kühl. Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die große Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto, um die sehenswerten Ziele Südsardiniens zu erreichen. 2 Autos konnten problemlos auf dem Grundstück parken. Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Weingut nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Zum Strand 25 Minuten Fahrt. Alles Bestens.
