I got to the hotel at 4 in the morning (after an exhausting long flight), just to find the room in bad condition with cockroaches in the shower ( and I took a picture of this ). I did not even stay that night, I booked out and stayed at another hotel . Over the next number of days , both myself, my father and Expedia tried to get reimbursed for the booking ( 16 nights) . At the very least I should have received 14 nights cancellation reimbursement ( based on their cancellation regulations) instead no-one answered the phones or responded to emails. When they finally got back to Expedia (3 weeks late) they claimed that the request was refused because it was too late ( when we had tried to get a hold of someone at the hotel for days , probably 20 or more call attempts & emails). I strongly suggest to never use this hotel for your booking.
