"From the moment we arrived at Villa La Estancia, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The property itself is stunning—immaculate grounds, luxurious suites, and breathtaking views—but what truly sets this resort apart is its incredible staff. Every single team member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. The pool staff : Nico , Raul, Ruddy, the servers Josue, Ernesto, and Jesus and Daniel with the towels. And Carlos for making that great beach BBQ. From the front desk to bell Service : Oswaldo and Bryan, and housekeeping, and the spa attendants , the attention to detail and personalized service were beyond exceptional. The restaurant staff deserve special praise as well. La Casona ! Fabian, Angel, Eduardo, Ada, Daniella, Carolina, Rogelio and Benjamin and Ricardo. Each meal was served with a smile, and the team remembered our preferences after just one day—a level of attentiveness you usually only find at the very best five-star resorts. Housekeeping was equally impeccable—quietly efficient and thoughtful. It’s clear that the team at Villa La Estancia is not only well-trained but also takes real pride in creating memorable guest experiences. If you’re looking for a luxury stay where genuine hospitality is the standard, Villa La Estancia should be at the very top of your list. The staff alone make it worth the visit—and they’re the reason we’ll absolutely be coming back."

"Everyone is so welcoming. From the front desk to wait staff to housekeepers. Even guests would greet each other. I liked the food and the nightly shows. Great variety for every taste bud. It would be nice to have more shady areas on the beach, but can’t complain. "

"Our recent stay was overall very enjoyable, and we truly appreciated many aspects of the property. The food was consistently good, and we especially liked that the pools never felt overly crowded. The views—from both our room and the sky bar—were absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the experience. Service throughout the resort was attentive and prompt. A special mention goes to Francisco at the beach club, who was fantastic, and to our butler, Hector, who went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of every day. There are a few areas where enhancements could make the guest experience even better. For example, it would be nice to have a swim-up bar or a convenient spot to grab quick snacks by the pool. Additionally, for a room priced at over $900 per night, it seems reasonable to expect basic amenities like dish soap and laundry detergent to be provided without having to request them. For families traveling with young children, including essentials like milk with the upgraded snack service would also be a thoughtful touch. We did take advantage of the in-room babysitting service one evening. While we were initially a bit hesitant, Michelle was wonderful with our 20-month-old and quickly put us at ease. Overall, we had a lovely time and would certainly consider returning, especially with a few small improvements that would elevate the luxury experience to match the price point."

"Hotel was great. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice. Everything’s new and the style was modern. The pools on the roof were clean and well done. Lots of shade. Great views. One thing to be aware of the area is not great for walking around. The beach is a 10 min walk away. There’s a few ok restaurants and shops near by, but it’s somewhat isolated. It’s easy to uber to downtown or other places. "

"We loved everything about this property. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The shows were great and the food was very good. We couldn’t get over the views and the long walks on the beach. We have been raving about this property to our friends and we definitely plan on coming back. Thank you."

"We had a great experience at this hotel! My favorite dinner spot was the Brazilian steakhouse absolutely amazing. On the other hand, I wasn’t a fan of Frida, the Mexican restaurant, as it didn’t feel authentic at all. We’ve never been comfortable leaving our daughter at a daycare, but the kids club here completely changed that. Fernanda was wonderful so kind and caring with our daughter, who loved spending time there. This gave my husband and me some much-needed alone time. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely come back!"
