The sleek interior showcases the latest in comfort and modern design, including a gleaming kitchen with stainless steel appliances, lots of granite counter space, and the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer combo. After breakfast, head out to explore. The beach is just a few minutes away, or visit the crocodiles at the El Cora Crocodile Sanctuary, around five miles away. Craving some culture? Dip down to Puerto Vallarta for dozens of local restaurants, boutiques, art museums, and attractions. When you return, visit the oceanfront, resort-style pool for a little more sun or relax at home with a bit of TV.

#### Absolutely Gorgeous

This Condo was absolutely fantastic. The unit has everything you need to enjoy, The bedrooms were wonderful with their own ensuites, the living room, the kitchen and the dinning area was so spacious looking down to the main pool, the kitchen has everything that you need, this place is like being home. the details in the unit are amazing, the cleanliness is something i look in places like that but this place did not disappointed me at all, Great job keeping this unit and place well cleaned and maintained, The location is so close to the beach that is not even 3 minutes walking. the sunset is something that you wont forget ever, those purple colors were breathtaking Definitely this is the place for me when i visit Puerto vallarta, Thank you Vacasa for such amazing experienced.

#### Great location / poor furniture / no washer/dryer

Pros: -Location is near the beach -Spacious condo -Property manager is responsive -kitchen stocked , however one dish towel for 10 days and no washer ! Need to do hand washing. - good size bedrooms and baths. Cons : -Sofas and area rug are stained and dirty -No washer or dryer -Furniture is uncomfortable and very sparse -Slider on patio window is broken -Bathrooms plumbing is unreliable. -No deadbolt on main door , one key to lock the door when you are out or inside the condo. Very odd set up. -2 beach chairs are child sizes. Had to request a chair - No TV in main room, TV set up is in a small den allowing 2 people to sit on uncomfortable 2 seater. - old broken broom, had to request a broom. The building itself is clean with a nice pool and the permanent residents are very friendly.
