\-When a renter registers in the Condominium, he will be given a bracelet.  
\- Children under 10 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times and must wear a suit bathroom.

\-To use the pool you must follow the following rules.  
\- The pool hours will be from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You will not be able to swim after 10:00 PM.   
\- There will be no lifeguards on duty. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Owners and Administrators will not be responsible for accidents or physical damage.  
\- Diving or running around the pool is not allowed, the use of pool toys, balls and floats should be done considering other people using the pool. Those children who are not trained to go to the bathroom, they must wear special swim diapers.  
\- All garbage must be placed in the garbage cans found in the common areas.  
\- It is forbidden to set aside loungers or chairs in the pool and beach area, after 30 minutes the Condominium security may remove the towels or clothing from the furniture and take it to the administration for its custody.  
\- It is necessary to shower after being on the beach and before entering the pool.  
\- Domestic employees, drivers, escorts, etc. of the renters are prohibited from using the pool or areas Common of the Condominium.  
\- PETs are not allowed.  
\- Clothing or towels should not be hung on railings, balconies or walls.  
\- Only normal swimsuits are allowed. Cut off pants are not allowed as pool wear.
