Property Summary  
Villa Valero is a modern terraced house built in 2023, offering a tranquil and sunny vacation rental in Strada Contessa, just 1 km from the center of Novigrad and 2 km from the sea and beach. The property boasts a private fenced area of 250 m2 with a lush lawn, a seasonal swimming pool (20 m2, depth 140 cm, available from April 1st to November 1st), an outdoor shower, a terrace (20 m2) with garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Inside, you'll enjoy amenities like internet access, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Ample parking is available on the premises for up to 3 cars.  
  
Outdoors  
The property features a private fenced area of 250 m2 with a well-maintained lawn, perfect for outdoor relaxation. Enjoy the seasonal swimming pool (20 m2, depth 140 cm, available from April 1st to November 1st), ideal for refreshing dips on warm days. An outdoor shower, a terrace (20 m2) with garden furniture, and a barbecue area provide additional spaces for alfresco dining and entertainment.

Umag, Croatia offers a range of conveniences within close proximity to Villa Valero. A shop and supermarket are located 2 km away, while a restaurant is just 1 km from the property. Additionally, an Aquapark is located 4 km away, providing an exciting attraction for families. Please note that the owner does not accept youth groups.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a tastefully furnished 4-room terraced house spanning 120 square meters over two levels. The living/dining room features a double sofa bed (160 cm, length 195 cm), satellite TV, and an exit leading to the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a separate WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, and satellite TV; another with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, and satellite TV; and a third bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). There is an additional shower/WC on the upper level.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation stay, you can enjoy amenities such as air conditioning, a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, satellite TV, and a television. The property can accommodate a maximum capacity of 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available.  
  
Other Information  
The terraced house features a 25 square meter terrace with furniture, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Please note that there is no heating option available. Additional facilities provided include a hair dryer and free WiFi internet access. It is important to note that this is a non-smoking house.
