Villa "Altalune" is a two-story vacation rental built in 2022, offering a private and secluded retreat in the district of Vidal, just 1 km from the center of Novigrad and the sea. The property boasts a spacious 6,000 m2 wildlife garden with trees, a swimming pool, and ample outdoor spaces. Enjoy modern amenities such as internet Wi-Fi, a trampoline, washing machine, and dryer. Parking is available on-site for up to 2 cars, ensuring convenience during your stay in Umag, Croatia.  
  
Outdoors  
Immerse yourself in the beauty of Villa "Altalune's" outdoor spaces. The property features a private 6,000 m2 wildlife garden with trees, creating a serene and natural ambiance. Take a refreshing dip in the angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm), available seasonally from May 1 to October 15, and conveniently equipped with an internal staircase. Unwind on the spacious 80 m2 terrace, furnished with comfortable garden furniture, and enjoy the outdoor shower for added convenience. The pool is maintained by the owner/gardener, ensuring a pristine environment throughout your stay.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 4-room villa spanning 150 square meters across two levels. The beautiful furnishings include a living/dining room equipped with a TV and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace. There are three bedrooms, each with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and air conditioning, all with access to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate WC and a bath/shower/WC on the main floor. Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV, and air conditioning, as well as an exit to the terrace and a shower/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
Your vacation villa comes equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Air conditioning is provided throughout the living areas and bedrooms, keeping you cool and relaxed. A washing machine is available for your convenience. For outdoor enjoyment, there is a barbecue area and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Heating and forced-air heating systems will keep you warm during cooler months. Entertainment options include a television and a microwave for quick meals or snacks. The maximum capacity of the villa is six guests, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The villa offers additional features to enhance your vacation experience. You'll have access to two spacious terraces, one measuring 45 square meters and another at 55 square meters, with terrace furniture and deck chairs (6) provided for outdoor relaxation. The villa boasts views of the surrounding countryside, creating a serene atmosphere. For your convenience, a safe, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, and hair dryer are available. Complimentary WiFi internet access is included, allowing you to stay connected during your stay. Please note that this is a non-smoking villa, and a fire extinguisher is present for safety purposes.
