Villa Chiara is a delightful two-family house located in the charming hamlet of Sveti Servul, just 2 km from the picturesque town of Novigrad, Umag, Croatia. Nestled in a quiet and sunny position, this vacation rental offers a serene escape, yet it is conveniently situated only 3 km from the sparkling sea and pristine beaches. The property boasts a 400 sq.m. garden with a wildlife garden and trees, providing a tranquil oasis for relaxation. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the angular swimming pool (6x4m, depth 1.5m), complete with internal stairs and available seasonally from May 1st to September 30th. Other amenities include an outdoor shower, a barbecue area with a swing, internet access, and ample parking on the premises.

The outdoor spaces at Villa Chiara are truly remarkable. Immerse yourself in the lush garden, teeming with wildlife and shaded by towering trees, creating a serene sanctuary. Bask in the sun by the angular swimming pool, measuring 6x4m with a depth of 1.5m, and take advantage of the internal stairs for easy access. Refresh under the outdoor shower after a refreshing swim or a day of exploration. Fire up the barbecue and indulge in al fresco dining while savoring the fresh air and the gentle breeze. The garden also features a swing, perfect for lazy afternoons or quality family time.

The living/dining room measures 33 square meters and features a double sofabed (160 cm wide, 190 cm long), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and an exit to the terrace. One bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 cm, 200 cm long), while the other bedroom has 2 beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm long). The open kitchen comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The apartment provides various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. These include Air Conditioning, a Washing Machine, a Barbecue area, a Dishwasher, Satellite TV, Heat Available, a Television, and a maximum capacity of 6 guests. It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
