2-room apartment 54 m2, on the ground floor, south-west facing position. Fully renovated in 2024: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer). Shower/WC. Forced-air heating.
