Charming superior-style one-bedroom apartment. Newly built with modern decoration and a comfortable style. Ideal for smaller groups of friends, couples, or families. Situated 300m from the sea with a 10-15min promenade to the city center. Bus station for Zrce beach, small supermarket and restaurant are within 5min walking distance. Private transfers to Zrce can also be arranged.  
Photos are a mix of units of the same type. Not all the apartments are in the same building, but they are a walking distance.
