The luxurious apartment Nova Lake Resort is part of a new complex with 15 apartments in the village of Neuofen near the Lipno dam, the largest dam in the Czech Republic. The apartments are on the ground floor and are very tastefully furnished. They have WiFi, a dishwasher and a satellite TV. There is a central parking facility next to the house and there is also a storage room for bicycles and skis. The location of the house is ideal for your vacation, both in summer and in winter.

In the village of Nová Pec, the Vltava flows into the Lipno Dam. This area is much quieter compared to the villages of Frymburk or Lipno and also offers more privacy. Water lovers on the Vltava can go canoeing between Soumarský and Nová Pec (canoes can be rented). The Lipno Dam is ideal for fishing and kite surfing. Excursions in the area: the town of Český Krumlov with a beautiful town reserve and a beautiful castle.
