"I stayed here in December and it was pretty cold for me. But they do not have heater in the room, so I cannot rest well.
The place is nice and has a convenient location (quiet and close to the Ghat where you could see the morning Aarti ceremony).
The staff are friendly and helpfull also. "
"The place is located in a prime spot, very close to the Durgakund Temple. The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated having access to a kitchen, which added to the convenience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay."
"Very nice, family-friendly hotel. Clean rooms, attentive and helpful staff, good food, great location that is walking distance to some of the ghats. "
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to the ghat and main attraction. The rooms were neat, specious, and well- maintained, The staff was extremely polite, helpful."
"The booking was overpriced as for the same period the rates were 40% less. It shows that online booking is to cheat people. The room was without any window opening and cleanliness as well as other facilities were TERRIBLE. I would recommend not to book through Hotel. Com . There was no mirror even in bathroom. Overall very poor "
"Fellow customer chanting from 5.30am in garden. Can not enjoy earthly morning sunrise from your own balcony. Brought it to hotel staffing but they didn’t take care. Showed them videos with timing but nothing happened. Paid too much money for too much inconvenience. Think twice before booking this property. Definitely not recommending. "
