Unfortunately the rooms on our level were on "party mode". The staff at the hotel were convenient to help us with the situation, when I called the front desk. I believe were just unlucky with the other tenants. Hotel is a bit old school. Breakfast was nice, well organized and cuisine staff were very efficient!
