Sleeps up to 6 with two double beds and a double sofa bed in the living room. The flat is newly renovated 50m from the Arboretum and 5-10 minutes walk from the city centre. Includes one garage parking space. Situated on the second floor with stairs and lift access, this well equipped flat has 55 inch tv, wifi, fridge, washer, dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Very close to Trent University city campus and restaurants on Alfreton road. STRICTLY NO PARTIES PLEASE.
