"We had a great visit. The staff was friendly and helped with some advice on our trip. The location was super convenient with the tube stop at the end of the block. Breakfast was great (good crispy bacon!) the rooms were small but that’s typical of London hotels. The bathroom was actually decent size and good hot water /pressure."
"Would have been useful to know that the reception to book in is at another hotel albeit only a few doors away. Hotel clean although hallway is looking tired. Breakfast in the hotel a few doors away was very good value. Hotel in walking distance to Bayswater station

"Great location with easy access to the underground, buses, park and restaurants. nice clean modern spacious room, big enough for us and the little ones. Would deff stay again ! "
"Lovely building & architecture but in need of a bit of attention in places. Room was quite small but ok but bed was not comfortable and pillows flat! We asked for firmer pillows but they never appeared! Overall we enjoyed our stay though. Breakfast was good & great location for Kensington Park. "
"I was pleasantly surprised by the New Linden. Location is pretty great 8min walk to Bayswater or Notting Hill on the circle line and about 30 min to most attractions. I was disappointed to find the shower was not draining and the light over it was out but they fixed both within 2 days. Daily maid service. Odd and quaint that you leave your key in a basket when you leave. Once they let me take the wrong key before I realized the mistake - use your hotel safe! Bag storage means leaving your...
"It was a very clean and nice hotel. Located in a nice area and Very close to tube station. I also loved the garden as well. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom looks renovated and very nice. The only thing is; our room was below the ground floor because we needed a room for 5 people, we could hear the underground trains but it wasn’t so bad because we were already very tired and fell asleep :) Overall it was a very good value for money. "The hotel exudes a nostalgic charm. The common areas are a tad run-down, but this is a small price to pay for the good value the rooms afford the traveler in a very expensive city. "

"Lovely scenic, quiet area within 2 mins walk of plenty of restaurants and pubs etc.
Hotel staff friendly and efficient, breakfast was lovely (a lot of selection for a continental, including Douwe Egbert coffee machine).
Only recommendation is to improve eco side - remove single use plastics (toiletries) and individual coffee packets from rooms."
