This holiday home is located at the end of a driveway in a residence with a communal swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September.   
Its tasteful interior was renovated in 2025\. You can enjoy its enclosed terrace, facing south-west.  
  
It comprises:  
\- an open-plan kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator and multifunction microwave oven  
\- a living room with a table and four chairs, a sofa and a television  
\- a sleeping area in the entrance hall with two 80x190 bunk beds and bedding (pillows and duvets)  
\- an elegant bathroom with a white washbasin on a cabinet, a sleek glass screen acting as a shower screen, and a washing machine  
  
Outside:   
\- A terrace with a table and four chairs, a barbecue, and an awning  
\- The swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September
